Cabinetul rămâne operatorul datelor; NeuralMed le prelucrează în numele cabinetului. Datele sunt stocate în UE, cu acces separat pe cabinet. Contractul de prelucrare a datelor (DPA) se discută înainte de abonare.The practice remains the data controller; NeuralMed processes the data on the practice's behalf. Data is stored in the EU, with access isolated per practice. The data-processing agreement (DPA) is discussed before you subscribe.
